The poorest areas have some of the highest cases of heart disease, cancer, stress, depression, anxiety, addiction and poor mental health. We are on a mission to change this.

Kindhearted local groups and clubs are offering free places and scholarships for socially isolated local children to help improve their physical and mental health. A healthy mind, body and soul is crucial for a society to flourish and grow.

We currently have local gymnastic groups, dance schools, boxing clubs, yoga groups, football academies who link with us and provide free spaces for children who match our criteria. We are offering support to those across Liverpool, Sefton and Knowsley areas and we can see the positive impact it is having!

Places are limited and there is a huge demand so we always welcome similar groups to get in touch and offer spaces. The more groups that work with us, the more children we can help.
