Whistleblowing Policy

The whistleblowing policy in our charity serves a crucial purpose by establishing a clear framework for reporting concerns about unethical or illegal activities within the organisation. It empowers employees, volunteers, and stakeholders to speak up about issues such as fraud, corruption, harassment, or any actions that may compromise the charity's integrity and mission. This policy not only promotes a culture of transparency and accountability but also ensures that whistleblowers are protected from retaliation, fostering an environment where individuals feel safe to voice their concerns. It demonstrates our commitment to ethical practices and safeguarding. If you have any whistleblowing concerns please inform a member of our team asap.  If you have concerns about the charity's founders please complete the referral form below.
