Come along to Amanda's classes and find some relaxation and peace in your life. Learn some simple breathing exercises to help lung capacity, slow down your breathe, heart rate and journey to a place of calm.  Amanda will use positive affirmations, and sound healing instruments to create a meditative state where you will learn to connect to your true authentic self.

Amanda Williams and her amazing Zoti Project are a family run business, with a desire to help others live their lives optimally.  Amanda cares for the health and well-being of her community. 

Amanda teaches Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation and Emotional Freedom Techniques in schools and offers this and holistic therapies. Through her Zoti project she is keen to support and empower children, teens and adults and show them there is another way.
