Men's Group

AHFO MEN'S GROUP

This new group was recently set up and is run by An Hour For Others founder Kevin. The group meets up each Wednesday at AHFO Hub on West Derby Road at 6.30pm - 8.30pm. 

Our men's group is a safe, welcoming space for men between the ages of 25 & 60 to meet up and support each other through life's challenges. The group is aimed at reducing stress, building confidence, encouraging a positive mindset, sharing stories and advice and a general place to open up without the fear of being judged. 

There are so many men struggling on a daily basis it's time for us to back each other up.

Kevin also brings his NLP & Solution Focused Coaching skills to the table to help men through their challenges.
