Our official grand opening of our new community empowerment hub took place on Tuesday 27th September.  We were joined by over 50 lovely people from many different backgrounds and whom have been involved with AHFO in various ways.   We had local schools, businesses, family members, community support officers and many who have been on our journey supporting us over the years.

We were delighted to have our little superhero ambassador Louis Henry cutting the ribbon on our special day, despite Louis' complex condition and many hospital visits he always manages a smile and raises everyone's spirits with his cheeky ways.

Two of our other young ambassadors came along to be at the opening, young Jacob Willis who goes above and beyond fundraising to help us help others and is a role model to other young lads his age.  Peter McGrail also came along despite his hectic training schedule ahead of his upcoming big fight in Liverpool.

The official opening may have happened in September, but already so much positivity and inspiration has happened in the hub since we run our first group in July.

Thank you to all who attended, we really appreciate your support.
